You can walk into either of our CHAS Behavioral Health Centers (CBHC) locations in Spokane or Lewiston for Behavioral Health and Substance Use Assessments, no appointment needed. Same-Day Access is designed to make it easier for you to get the care you need when you need it.

How to Schedule:
Arrive during Same-Day Access hours. If you prefer, you can call 509.444.8200 or 208.848.8300 ahead or ask your provider for a referral.
What to Expect:
Our front office team will help you check in and complete any paperwork. You’ll meet with a care navigator and a Behavioral Health Provider or Substance Use Disorder Professional, who will guide you through your assessment and next steps. Before you leave, you’ll have a plan for follow-up care.
