Meet the CHAS Health Mobile Clinic!
In 2021, CHAS Health opened the CHAS Health Mobile Clinic as one more way CHAS Health can provide resources, support, and services to communities that may not have nearby access to healthcare.
Some of the services that the CHAS Health Mobile Clinic can provide include primary care, pediatrics, women’s health, immunizations, health screenings, and more.
