Telehealth
Save a trip to the clinic! Ask our schedulers if you can schedule a telehealth visit.
Bus Passes or Paratransit Passes
Bus or Paratransit passes are available at each of our CHAS Health locations. Please see the Front Desk.
Medicaid Clients
Medicaid may help you get a ride to your Medicaid-covered health appointment. They typically provide bus passes or other types of assistance for those that cannot ride the bus (gas cards, rides outside of bus service area, etc.)
Transportation Benefits From Medicare Advantage
Some Medicare Advantage plans to provide transportation benefits. Check with your health plan to see if benefits are available.
