Leading the Way in Lewiston

CHAS Health Behavioral Center – Lewiston provides a comprehensive range of mental health and substance use services to the Lewis-Clark Valley and the surrounding area. Telehealth service will begin in February 2023, with full services opening in late 2023. The CHAS Behavioral Health Center – Lewiston will include patients in designing and delivering behavioral health services while also providing wrap-around care, regardless or insurance status.

Behavioral Health, Primary Care & Pharmacy

The CHAS Behavioral Health Center – Lewiston focuses on behavioral health. Primary care is offered onsite as additional services to support whole-person health. The Center provides specialized care for behavioral health conditions, care coordination, Peer Support services, targeted case management, and other collaborative care. We welcome patients with private insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid, as well as uninsured self-pay individuals and families. Our sliding fee applies not just to behavioral health services, but medical services as well. Prescription assistance is also available for those who qualify.

Patients may select from a menu of care options to customize their treatment and achieve stable behavioral health. Services are available for adults, children, and families. Substance use programming is also available.

Our patients’ care is of the utmost importance to us, in fact, it’s at the center of our core values. If you have had an issue with your care, we would like to hear about it. Call our Quality Improvement Department at 208.848.8300 to share your feedback.

You also have the right to review your clinical records with a CHAS Health administrator or designee. Please ask a member of our staff if you wish to do so. If you feel your rights have been violated, you have the right to file a complaint to the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare at 208.334.6519 or privacyoffice@dhw.idaho.gov
