CHAS Health has pediatric providers who see children at each of our medical clinics offering exams and well-child checks to make sure your child is meeting growth and development milestones. Our care team also provides immunizations, school or sports physicals, and treats general childhood injuries or illnesses.

Ask your provider if your child is up to date on their immunizations – save our well child poster to ensure your child is up to date with their vaccines.
