How Do I Pay For My Appointment?

You do not need to pay the day of to receive services.

If you have insurance, we bill your insurance first. If you do not have insurance, ask our staff to help you apply.

We encourage all patients to sign up for our sliding fee program. This program is based on income and household size. You do not need to bring any documentation to sign up. The sliding fee caps all out of pocket expenses for all CHAS Health services.

You will be responsible for any remaining fees after insurance and the sliding fee have been applied. We can provide an estimate of what your fees will be before we provide services. We have easy, payment plan options.

Will CHAS Health Pharmacy Fill an Outside Prescription?

No. We only fill prescriptions written by CHAS Health Providers.

CHAS Health has two urgent care clinics that see patients on a walk-in basis. These clinics serve CHAS Health and non CHAS Health patients.
