Ingredients
A variety of seasonal fruit:
- kiwi, star fruit, persimmon, oranges, pears, apples, pineapple
- Mini skewers
- 1 cup low fat plain yogurt
- 2-3 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- Pinch cinnamon
Directions
- Cut the fruit into equal sized pieces and thread onto skewers.
- Whisk together the yogurt, honey, vanilla and cinnamon.
- Serve skewers with the yogurt sauce.
