Leading the Way in Lewiston

CHAS Health Behavioral Center – Lewiston provides a comprehensive range of mental health and substance use services to the Lewis-Clark Valley and the surrounding area. Opened in February 2023, the clinic offers both in-person and virtual care. As part of CHAS Health’s commitment to whole-person care, the center also provides access to primary care and pharmacy services through the nearby Lewis & Clark Health Center, ensuring patients receive coordinated, wrap-around support—regardless of insurance status.

Two Locations, Coordinated Care

The CHAS Behavioral Health Center – Lewiston specializes solely in behavioral health services. If you need primary care or pharmacy services, you’ll find them just a short distance away at the Lewis & Clark Health Center.

Our sliding fee applies to both behavioral health services at this location and medical services at the Lewis & Clark Health Center. Prescription assistance may also be available for eligible patients.

Patients may select from a menu of care options to customize their treatment and achieve stable behavioral health. Services are available for adults, children, and families. Substance use programming is also available.

Our patients’ care is of the utmost importance to us, in fact, it’s at the center of our core values. If you have had an issue with your care, we would like to hear about it. Call our Quality Improvement Department at 208.848.8300 to share your feedback.

You also have the right to review your clinical records with a CHAS Health administrator or designee. Please ask a member of our staff if you wish to do so. If you feel your rights have been violated, you have the right to file a complaint to the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare at 208.334.6519 or privacyoffice@dhw.idaho.gov
