A Skills-Based Approach to Wellness & Resilience
This virtual group supports neurodivergent individuals in understanding and navigating their emotions in a safe, affirming space. Through discussion, education, and interactive activities, participants explore how neurodivergence affects emotional regulation, expression, and relationships. The group promotes self-awareness, resilience, and connection, helping individuals build confidence and compassionate strategies for their emotional wellbeing.
Open to CHAS Health patients ages 18+ who identify as autistic and/or having ADHD, or who struggle with emotion regulation.
Patients can call 509.444.8200 or speak with their provider to sign-up.
A Zoom link will be provided to participants who sign up in advance.
