A Trauma-Informed Psychoeducational Group

S.E.L.F. represents the four main areas that are essential for recovery. These areas help organize and manage the complex challenges faced by individuals who have experienced trauma, families dealing with issues, and organizations under constant stress. Materials will be provided.

Open to all CHAS Health patients ages 18+, up to 10 participants at a time. No referral needed; patients may self-refer and schedule.
