Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Group
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is designed to help individuals manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and develop healthy coping mechanisms. It combines acceptance and change strategies to teach skills in four key areas. DBT is particularly effective for individuals with borderline personality disorder, self-harm behaviors, and chronic emotional difficulties.
