Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Group
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) focuses on helping individuals identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors. CBT has many benefits in supporting individuals with their mental health, such as treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including:
- Anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and eating disorders
- Improving mood, reducing stress, and enhancing coping skills
- Developing problem-solving abilities and promoting healthier relationships

- Open to all CHAS Health patients 18 years and older
- 12 sessions
