Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia
CBT-I Behavioral Health Group
Sleep is vital to life, but trouble sleeping is one of the top conditions seen in primary care. Cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) is a short, structured, and evidence-based approach to combating the frustrating symptoms of insomnia.
