Elvira Galagan, DDS

Dr. Galagan is proud to join CHAS Health as a dentist dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care. An NHSC Scholar and an exceptional student throughout her training at University of Maryland, she is deeply committed to improving access to quality oral healthcare for individuals and families in her community.

Originally from Siberia, Dr. Galagan is a first-generation immigrant who brings a global perspective to her practice. She is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian, allowing her to connect more closely with patients from diverse backgrounds. Dr. Galagan looks forward to helping her patients achieve their oral health goals- and she does so with a smile brighter than the Siberian snow!
