Open to CHAS Health patients 18+Creating Balance in Recovery is a group designed to provide information on the nature of co-occurring disorders. In addition, group topics will include stages of change, SMART goal setting, problem solving, stress reduction, time management, and wellness planning.

This relapse prevention group is dedicated to helping individuals strengthen the skills and strategies needed to prevent recurrence of substance use. Participants will develop tools for managing triggers and cravings, recognizing early warning signs, and understanding the underlying causes of relapse.

This virtual group supports neurodivergent individuals in understanding and navigating their emotions in a safe, affirming space.
