Jaime Sparber

Jaime Sparber firmly believes in recovery for all humans. As a therapist, her goal is to illicit change in lives and in communities and her hope is that her patients walk away feeling validated and that their lives matter.

In her free time, Jaime enjoys the great outdoors. She was born and raised in Spokane, and the mountains are always calling her name. Her go-to interventions include DBT, CBT, and MI and she loves all things mindfulness.
