As a Community Health Center, CHAS Health’s mission is to improve the overall health of the communities we serve by expanding access to quality health and wellness services. We understand that a healthy community is more than a location on a map with high immunization rates and easy access to care. Healthy communities are built on partnership, relationships and shared action. CHAS Health sponsors organizations and events enriching to our region and our employees, who support the health of our communities at our day jobs, also volunteer to reinforce the health of our region as a larger organism beyond the betterment of a single individual.
