Cooking the Pancakes

Preheat a large frying pan or griddle to low-medium heat.

Place the first 4 ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.

Lightly grease the frying pan/griddle with non-stick cooking spray or oil.

Add blueberries to batter.

Pour about 3 tablespoons of batter onto the griddle.
