Sleep is vital to life, but trouble sleeping is one of the top conditions seen in primary care. Cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) is a short, structured and evidence-based approach to combating the frustrating symptoms of insomnia. CBT-I is a great first-line treatment, often recommended over medication.
