Pharmacists Working With Providers

All of CHAS Health medical clinics have their own pharmacies on site, offering the convenience of picking up prescriptions in the same location right after you see your provider! CHAS Health pharmacists and providers work hand in hand to offer efficient, quality medication services to you and your family. Your medical provider can consult with your pharmacist to provide the best medication options. Whether the concern is cost, effectiveness, or potential side effects or drug interactions, together they can personalize pharmacy care to meet your healthcare goals. CHAS Health dental and behavioral health providers and dietitians may also work with your pharmacist if medication concerns arise during non-medical healthcare appointments.

Easy Prescription Pickup

CHAS Health pharmacies can also arrange longer refill periods and synchronize refills allowing medications to be renewed and received at the same time. If you are a patient at one of our clinics, you can use any pharmacy, including our Urgent Cares, which offers evening and weekend hours for even more convenience.

Our in-clinic pharmacies simplify the process for patients and provide personalized care. CHAS Health pharmacists can approve medication substitutions directly with your CHAS Health provider for more efficient service, and our clinical pharmacists are available to assist patients with medication optimization to maximize health and wellness.

Affordable Prescriptions

CHAS Health is committed to quality care for our patients, regardless of their ability to pay. If you have trouble affording your prescriptions, talk to your pharmacist. We may be able to provide prescription assistance to those who qualify.

If you are a CHAS Health patient but get your medications elsewhere, please contact your clinic pharmacy staff to learn more about how we can make getting your prescriptions more efficient and affordable!
