Our Integrated Behavioral Health program gives established patients with acute or chronic behavioral health concerns access to counseling, medication management and treatment consultation within the same walls of our 9 primary care clinics. Through the Integrated Behavioral Health model of care, your CHAS primary care provider can introduce you to onsite behavioral health providers and psychiatric consultants to discuss your current situation, start a short term care plan or coordinate more intensive services with other community mental health providers. We are your health care home!
