Sari Cappel, LICSW, is a behavioral health provider who takes a collaborative, strength-based, and person-centered approach to care. She earned her Master of Social Work from Eastern Washington University and has experience supporting individuals with a wide range of unique needs. Sari utilizes evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Reality Therapy to help clients work toward their personal goals and overall well-being.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in nature hiking, camping, fishing, and rescuing wildlife.
