Erika Wiggins-Tate

Erika is a PNW native and a graduate from both EWU and Gonzaga University. With 18 years of experience as a mental health counselor, she is passionate about creating a welcoming and affirming space where she works to build meaningful connections with people while exploring their experiences. Her approach is collaborative and strengths-based, with an emphasis on helping clients to build self-awareness, greater resilience and navigate life with more self-compassion.
