Emmanuel Alfred takes a holistic, patient-centered approach to mental health care. He works closely with patients to create personalized treatment plans that may include therapy, medication management, and lifestyle changes. Emmanuel’s areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, psychotic disorders, and substance use disorders. Outside of work, he enjoys playing and watching soccer.
