Anne Howard

Anne graduated from Eastern Washington University’s Masters of Social Work program. She has held a variety of therapy and social work roles, working with people across the lifespan on a wide range of concerns. Anne believes therapy can be a place for people to unpack topics that aren’t easily addressed in other parts of life. Her therapeutic approach is tailored to each client depending on the presenting concerns and can vary from straightforward, practical coping skills to more complex discussions on relationships, personal identity, and life purpose. She is dedicated to providing a validating and non-judgmental environment for clients to explore their mental health.
