Alexis is a licensed mental health counselor who is passionate about providing accessible mental and behavioral health services within the primary care setting. She has received training and supervision in a number of evidence-based therapeutic models, including CBT+, TF-CBT, F-ACT, EMDR, and PCIT. Alexis takes a collaborative and trauma-informed approach to patient care and is experienced in supporting individuals as they navigate unique and varied mental and emotional challenges in a safe and judgment-free environment.
Outside of work, Alexis enjoys many of the outdoor adventures that the PNW has to offer with her family and friends, including hiking, backpacking, camping, skiing, and more. She looks forward to opportunities to connect, or reconnect, individuals to the activities, resources, and supports that serve to enrich their personal lives.
