Spokane Arena Centralized Testing

While COVID testing at all CHAS Health locations is on a first-come-first-serve basis, we ask that people who plan to visit our Spokane Arena Centralized Testing Location let us know what time you plan to arrive and begin your paperwork before you leave home.  This will help your registration when you arrive at the Arena to go more quickly.  If there are no arrival times available for the current day, please check back for times the following day.

Before Leaving Home

Before leaving home, submit your information into our online system.  Choose Spokane Arena COVID Testing as the Visit Type from the drop-down and provide information for each person coming in for testing.  At the Arena, you will be provided a number to call and complete check-in.  Please be sure to bring your insurance card(s) for each person being tested if you have them.

Please note, an arrival time is not an appointment time and we cannot predict expected wait times.

When You Arrive At Spokane Arena

  1. When you arrive at the Arena, find a place to park in the registration area and call the number provided to complete your registration process.  You may be on hold for several minutes as calls are taken in the order they are received.
  2. After your phone call, you will receive a text message with a link to complete registration forms.  Fill out all of the forms and submit.
  3. Once you have received notification that your check-in is complete, you will drive to another part of the parking lot to get in line for the Check-In Pod which is marked by a yellow sign.  When you get to the Check-In Pod, they will direct you to which testing station you should go to.
  4. Go to the blue pod testing line to receive your COVID test.

*If you do not have a phone, need help, or have questions, please go to the dedicated “HELP” area within the registration parking area.
