Medicare Referrals - PRCs can provide you with referrals for Medicare experts to help you choose the right Medicare plan for your unique needs.
Community Resources and Application Assistance- PRCs can assist you with finding community resources or applying for programs like food assistance or energy assistance.
Understanding Services at CHAS Health- PRCs can educate you on the services that CHAS offers and help you understand the cost of your care.
CHAS Health Sliding Fee Discount Program- PRCs can help you apply for the CHAS Health Sliding Fee Discount Program, which can help reduce the cost of your care at CHAS for those that qualify. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to apply for the Sliding Fee Discount Program, regardless of if you have insurance or not.

It’s time for annual Open Enrollment for Qualified Health Plans purchased on your state’s health benefit exchange.
- Washington Open Enrollment runs from November 1, 2023 through January 15, 2023. Select your plan by December 15 for a January 1, 2024 coverage start date. Plans chosen between December 15 and January 15 have a coverage start date of February 1, 2024. Explore your coverage options on www.wahealthfinder.org.
