Find out if you have COVID-19 without leaving home

CHAS Health has partnered with LabCorp for at-home COVID-19 testing. LabCorp will send you an at-home collection kit to collect your nasal swab sample and ship it back to their lab for a PCR test.

This test is available for ages 2 and up. The average time to deliver results is currently 1-2 days from when your sample is received at the lab. To learn more and order your test, click the button below

Spokane Community Testing Sites

Drive-up and walk-up COVID-19 testing sites are open to the community. These testing sites offer free testing and are open to anyone who is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or has recently been exposed to someone with COVID-19. All ages welcome. Testing services are provided by Discovery Health MD and Curative, supported by Spokane Regional Health District and the Washington State Department of Health (DOH).

CHAS Health Testing Locations & Hours

Due to the high and increasing rates of COVID-19 cases and therefore increased testing demand across our community, CHAS Health will need to limit COVID-19 testing to established CHAS Health patients and patients who are assigned to CHAS Health by their insurance provider only at this time.

General Testing Criteria

COVID send-in testing takes 1-3 days for results. Those exposed and without symptoms may be tested 5-7 days after exposure, but not earlier.

Rapid Testing Criteria

Rapid tests are restricted to high-need patients only, as deemed appropriate by a provider. People who think they need a rapid test must schedule an appointment with a CHAS Health provider. During the appointment, the provider will order the test that is most medically appropriate for that patient.
