Schedule a Visit
The first step to getting care at one of our many CHAS Health clinic locations is to schedule a visit. Call our main scheduling number to choose a convenient location, find the provider you need, and get started. Currently, care is available through video visits and office visits. Your scheduler will help you determine what kind of visit is right for your needs.
CHAS Health App
The CHAS Health App, easy to use and available on your smartphone, powers our video visits. You can see a provider for one-on-one care from the comfort of your home, so you can stay healthy and socially distanced and still get the care you need. Urgent Care
CHAS Health offers walk-in urgent care in extended hours at two locations, North Spokane and Spokane Valley, so you can get immediate care for urgent medical needs that aren’t serious enough for the emergency room.
After Hours Care
When CHAS Health urgent care clinics aren’t open, you can access our 24/7 Nurse Advice Hotline, which is available for medical emergencies after hours with on-call medical, dental, and OB providers available if it’s an after-hours emergency, after-hours access care through our Nurse Advice Hotline.
Medical
At CHAS Health, our providers offer comprehensive care from primary and urgent care to a wide range of specialties to meet all medical needs for you and your family. Our medical providers are based in Spokane, Spokane Valley, the Latah community, and the Lewis-Clark Valley.
Dental
Our dental clinics are in Cheney, Moscow, Clarkston, Deer Park, and Spokane. Visit our dental clinics for your next exam, cleaning, or x-ray, and discover how our friendly staff can make your next root canal, crown, or filling can be a positive experience.
Pharmacy
We have convenient, in-clinic pharmacies at our primary care sites for easy prescription pick-up. We also offer prescription auto-refill and mail delivery, check with your pharmacy for eligibility. Additionally, our expert pharmacy staff offers anticoagulation services and diabetes education.
Behavioral Health
We offer psychiatry, medication management, counseling for adults, and specialized therapies for children and adolescents. Additionally, chemical dependency professionals offer substance abuse services, including assessment and counseling. We also have a team dedicated to reaching out to and caring for those without a home.
