  1. Mix the Yogurt

    In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.

  2. Layer the Parfaits

    In individual glasses or bowls, layer the yogurt mixture with berries. You can start with a spoonful of yogurt, then add a layer of berries, followed by another layer of yogurt. Repeat until you reach the top of your glass.

  3. Top it Off

    Sprinkle the chopped nuts and granola on topfor added crunch and texture (optional).

  4. Chill & Serve

    Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes to let the flavors meld together before serving.
