MAT Services (Medication Assisted Treatment)

The CHAS Opioid Recovery Clinic offers a team-based care approach for adults (18+) diagnosed with opioid use disorder. The program combines medication management, counseling, and ongoing support to help patients achieve stable recovery and improve their overall wellbeing.

AWM Services (Alcohol Withdrawal Management)
Substance Use Disorder Help
CHAS Health’s AWM program supports adults (18+) who want to reduce or stop alcohol use. The program offers a team-based, patient-centered approach that includes:
The program includes outpatient withdrawal management, where eligible patients can safely detox at home with daily visits for 3–5 days.
