SUD Relapse Prevention Group

Open to patients engaged in SUD services at CBHC – North

This relapse prevention group is dedicated to helping individuals strengthen the skills and strategies needed to prevent recurrence of substance use. Participants will develop tools for managing triggers and cravings, recognizing early warning signs, and understanding the underlying causes
of relapse. The group also emphasizes emotional regulation and effective stress management.
As an ongoing support system, we will foster accountability, connection, and continued personal growth to support long-term recovery.
