DESCRIPTION:The CHAS Health mobile clinic will be at the Washington ID event and resource fair.  Here is more information about the event. \n\n\n\nGet your free Washington ID! Additional service providers will be on site for housing\, employment\, medical screenings\, addiction/recovery\, food insecurity\, clothing\, and counseling. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nAre you or anyone you know experiencing homelessness? Do you need a new or replacement ID? Join us for this special event to get a WA state identification card. No pre-registration needed. \nDSHS\, the WA Department of Licensing\, and the Spokane Regional Health District are collaborating for this special event to issue new or replacement Washington State identification cards and/or renew your drivers license! \nThis is specifically for replacement ID’s and DL’s for those experiencing homelessness that HAVE had them in WA State previously. \nAdditionally\, service providers will be on site for housing\, employment\, medical screenings\, addiction/recovery\, food insecurity\, clothing\, and counseling services. \nBy attending library programs\, you are agreeing to potentially appear in photos/videos taken at our locations that may be used in promotional materials including social media. \nWe strive to make events welcoming for people of all abilities. To request accommodations (i.e. hearing assistance\, ASL requests\, or other ADA inquiries)\, email sday@spokanelibrary.org. \nFor all event information inquiries\, email telref@spokanelibrary.org or call 509-444-5300.
