Urgent Care Video Visits

CHAS Health Video Visits for Urgent Care connect you to a CHAS Health provider at your convenience. You can select an appointment in as soon as 30 minutes and have a video visit using your smart phone or computer. If you do not have a  device with video or reliable internet, please call 509.434.1990 so that our team can determine if a telephone visit or an in-person visit will best meet your needs.

Video visits are part of a larger telehealth offering for CHAS Health, and our primary care providers also offer video visits. If you have already established care with a CHAS Health primary care provider, please call your clinic to schedule.

Should You Use Video Visits?

To help keep you safe through social distancing, we recommend patients use video visits for most types of Urgent Care needs. However, you may need an in-person visit if you are seeking care for one of the items below:

What to Expect

Once you select and submit an appointment time, you will:

  1. Receive a text notification confirming your request.
  2. Shortly after, you will receive an email invitation to download our CHAS Health patient app.
  3. A few minutes before your appointment, please log in using the information in the invitation email 
  4. Complete any tasks requested 
  5. Click the clock icon to enter the visit.
