Patients can connect with providers via video to access needed care. With CHAS Health Video Visits, you can have a secure appointment using your mobile device or computer.
While we love it when you visit us in the office, we understand that it is not always convenient to do so. In addition, video visits are a helpful tool to ensure our community has access to healthcare while still maintaining important social distancing practices.

Activate your account one day before your appointment. Then, log in 15 minutes before your video visit.

Use the CHAS App is easy and it's compatible with your computer, tablet, or smartphone. Please note: you must have a scheduled appointment to access the CHAS Health App. Please call and schedule an appointment today.
Schedule an appointment online by selecting the clock icon and then clicking the pencil. Once you have selected your clinic and provider, select from the available appointment times to schedule your next visit.
Launch the virtual video visit that your provided has scheduled. When it is time for your appointment, open the app, click the clock icon and select your appointment. Click the start video call link and wait for your provider to connect. If you navigate away from the app during this time, the provider will not be able to start the visit.
View past appointments by selecting the date along the top of the home screen and future appointments by selecting the clock icon on the menu bar.
Complete tasks and paperwork prior to your visit to make your trip to the office a breeze.
Soon you will be able to connect to the CHAS well portal powered by Athena from the app. The first time you connect to the portal, you will need your Athena portal username and password.
