Medicare Annual Election Period, also known as Medicare Open Enrollment, is upon us for the upcoming 2021 year! If you want to change your Medicare Advantage plan or Medicare prescription drug plan, this is the time. It is also a great time to review if you are eligible for other programs that could save you money on Medicare premiums or prescription drug costs. Changes made during this time will be effective on January 1, 2021.
You can save money on out-of-pocket healthcare costs by making sure your medical providers are in-network with your insurance. For a complete list of Medicare Advantage plans currently accepted by CHAS Health, be sure to check our insurance and payment page. CHAS Health also takes original Medicare.
To see if you may be eligible for additional Medicare cost-saving programs, contact a CHAS Health Patient Services Coordinator at 509-444-8200. Help is available over the phone or in person.
