Dr. Jacobson is originally from the west side of the state but has lived in Spokane most of her adult life. She initially went to college to be an elementary school teacher, but changed course after meeting a young man who turned his life around after battling addiction. This man was able to save up enough money to fix his front teeth, get a job he loved, and start smiling again. She loves that dentistry gives her the ability to restore someone’s confidence, as much as it allows her to get people out of pain.
Dr. Jacobson enjoys travel, especially to Hawaii where her husband grew up. When she’s home, she loves to hang out with her two dogs, Grace Kelly, the Golden Retriever, and Koa, the Great Dane/Labrador rescue.
