Healthcare can be complicated, especially in today’s busy world. CHAS Health works to reduce barriers for patients to access the healthcare they need.

School-Based Health Centers (SBHCs) centers provide a crucial link between health and education, improving outcomes for students in both areas.

CHAS Health’s SBHCs are conveniently located at Shiloh Hills Elementary School, John R. Rogers High School, and now at North Central High School, and Shadle Park High School, to enable students to receive integrated medical care, behavioral health, and other quality healthcare services right at school.

CHAS Health services and appointments are available to all students at our SBHCs. Our goal is to help students do better in school by working to address health concerns, prevent serious illness, and promote healthy lifestyles Having healthy kids minimizes absences and promotes higher quality learning in the classroom. CHAS Health care teams can coordinate care with your child’s primary care provider and school to provide high quality, comprehensive care, with limited disruptions to class time.

Primary Care

CHAS Health works with parents and school staff to provide medical care to patients on-site. Service includes:

  • Primary medical care
  • Answers to health questions and concerns
  • Treatment of common injuries and illnesses (allergies, rashes, sore throat, etc.)
  • Sports physicals
